Snezana- Zana Vossou
Snezana – Zana Vossou was born in Bitola, North Macedonia, where she studied Law.
From an early age she showed interest in painting and fashion design and was awarded in a youth painting contest in Yugoslavia.
Since 1987 she has been living and working in Florina, Greece.
From 1993 to 2014 she attended several workshops such as mosaic, hagiography, jewelry, and decoration.
In 2016 (’17) she was accepted at the Department of Fine and Applied Arts of the University of Western Macedonia, in Florina.
She attended the International Scientific Conference “For a School of Visual Arts in the 21st Century” (Florina, Greece, May 12–14, 2017).
She also participated in the BEAR ARTS PROJECT in 2021.
In 2022 and 2025 she was a finalist at the Osten Biennale in Skopje.
In 2023 she received the distinction “Leaders – Protagonists of Art at Washington” for her artistic value.
In 2024 she took part in the first cross-border art festival Balkan Art Festival – Prespia.
Since 2022 she has been collaborating with theater groups and cultural associations, designing stage sets for theater performances in her hometown.
Her artworks can be found in Greece and abroad, in private collections, while she has also undertaken the decoration of hotels, business, and children’s spaces in Greece.
She has participated in both group and solo exhibitions.
